@metronetfiber expect to get more đ©from Metronet, since that's all you dish out lately. Vivian will call me on 7/2/21 to see how service is going. Unless drastic improvement, I expect to have to cancel service. Will continue to tweet my saga till I get satisfaction.

@metronetfiber Supervisor Vivian got me to Repair line. Tech agrees fiber/OMT bad, yet mgt refused tech visit till I told tech I'll cancel service. You won't honor pricing quoted by 2 reps, then mgt refuses tech visit and OMT replace. "Cancel service," now tech visit on Thursday. This is đ©.

Love it when your internet service provider has an outage for over 24 hours, then tells you best they can do is send a tech out on Tuesday to repair it.. think I'll just find a new provider if this is the service I get after only having it 2 weeks. @metronetfiber #ihaveoptions

@metronetfiber Tech persisted when I told him I will cancel service. Mgt approved tech visit for Thursday. Thinks OMT could be an issue too, but say mgt will not replace OMT unless it's causing a problem. Vivian tells me she can see promotion I accepted but Metronet staff was in error 2/

@metronetfiber Yes thank you. It has returned.That said, there was no notification of it returning.Just attempting to power down and back up periodically.Surely you have the capabilities to keep customers updated.That is part if âserviceâ, no? Iâm going to consider shopping for alternatives.

@metronetfiber Our service is down,AGAIN. Cindy in your support queue was pleasant, but unable to get us back up. Fourth tech visit since install on April 29th. Two new fiber runs since install. Replacement ZTE. Unacceptable.

@metronetfiber Livid customer here: LightSpeed customer purchased OMT and paid for installation. Metronet bought out LightSpeed a couple years ago. Service immediately was less than what I received with LightSpeed. The one time I called tech support, this IT engineer was told 1/

@metronetfiber Talked to supervisor Vivian. I won't dispute ownership of my OMT if Metronet upgrades it. Vivian assured me OMT would be upgraded, and she sent me to Repair to schedule a tech visit. Tech was great, did testing and agrees fiber is an issue, but then mgt refused tech visit! 1/

@metronetfiber by not quoting additional $10 tech fee. So Metronet won't honor pricing quoted by 2 Metronet reps. Vivian assured me OMT will be replaced. When Repair does remote testing and agrees latency is bad, connection is bad, but mgt says NO? We'll see what happens on Thursday, but I 3/

@metronetfiber Iâve been told a few different things. I have been told that internet has been restored and mine should be back shortly. Iâve also been told that there is no eta on my service being reconnected. My frustration lies in poor communication, not even the outage.

@metronetfiber big surprise, 3rd guy to come out tells us the same thing the last 2 guys did. "It's further down the line and we don't do work on that, just houses" it's been 3 weeks. Get someone who DOES work on it and fix the problem. It's legit ridiculous

@metronetfiber Fee that covers my OMT that I purchased from LightSpeed, and that Metronet claims they own! It also covers home visits which your mgt refused till I said "cancel my service." 2 cust svc reps quoted me pricing that Metronet won't honor. đ© service, price gouging. Bait and switch.
