KETO LOW CARB COCOA FAT BOMBS

I have been an on again off again low carb person.
When I need to take a few pounds off I will get ride of the carbs in my life- namely crackers and bread. However, I still crave the sweet stuff- such as this.

The keto or ketogenic diet is very similar to the low carb way of eating.
Both food paths depend on eating fat for success. While I am not an expert, you can certainly learn more about keto eating online. And of course, seek out professional help before starting any kind of a diet.

This is a recipe for making a keto fat bomb.

The visual similarity of this fat bomb to fudge amazes me. However, the average fat bomb is mostly made of fat. And a bit of flavoring as well. Keto followers will say that bombs are delicious and that they help to keep them full over a period of time.
