I've never made marshmallows before, but I totally want to try this chocolate version!

(I like having some of the marshmallows not completely mixed in and you can see the marshmallows in the treats.)

Leave it to you to create small - batch DOUBLE CHOCOLATE marshmallows.

Lastly, it is topped off with toasted marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, and bite size pieces of Hershey's chocolate.

Garnish top with graham cracker crumbs, pieces of Hershey's chocolate, and toasted miniature marshmallows.

I love making marshmallows and now I can make chocolate ones.

Place the butter and the marshmallows in a microwave safe bowl.

I make these, but just use Chocolate Crispies, Peanut Butter (lots), 1 1/2 bags Marshmallows, 1 stick margarine.

To toast the marshmallows, lightly spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray and spread thin layer of mini marshmallows.

To serve, place halved marshmallows all over the top, then toast with a kitchen torch.
