What a gem this place is. Every meal I've ever ordered has been great. Family owned, its always nice to see friendly, familiar faces when we're visiting Apache Junction. The table salsa is the best. Some favorite entrees for us are the carna asada and the enchiladas Mexican style. This authentic and unpretentious spot is one of our favorites
Solid Mexican food!! The customer service was terrible, we even tried to make the server feel comfortable, as we were with our older grandparents who couldn’t hear well. And he rolled his eyes at us.
Good food. I eat here every time I am in the area.

- Consider trying the Chile Colorado or fajitas for a taste of South Texas flavors
- If you enjoy margaritas, don't miss out on their good margarita selection

Really solid Mexican food! This was our first time there, and the flour tortillas were excellent - they tasted homemade. The corn tortillas were fine, but did not taste homemade. I note that because homemade tortillas are big selling point for us. Next time I will stick with the flour. The salsa was flavorful but not at all spicy (I prefer spicy, but this is perfect for those that do not). My son and I each got shrimp dishes - both were tasty but not ample, and the rice and beans were good - standard, but exactly what you would expect. My husband loved his carnitas loco burrito and commented on how good the guacamole was. We will definitely be back to try more dishes.
This place has potential. Food is good and prices are great. Good margaritas but every time we have been in there there are 3 waiters working and not one of them will ever smile, ( its like thier having a bad day, eveeytime!) they don't greet you, they just ask you what you want! They are definitely burned out.
